Ingredients
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt & pepper
- SPAGHETTI
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic mince
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make spaghetti with ricotta basil sauce

Step 1Sauce In a sauepan add the butter, basil, and Ricotta cheese. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and cook 2 more minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Set aside and keep warm.

Step 2cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain. Melt the butter in another saucepan and add the garlic. Cook 1 minutes. Mix the garlic butter with the noodles.

Step 3Plate the spaghetti and spoon the sauce over the top and add the Parmesan Cheese
