Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1/4 cup butter at room temp
- 1 1/4 cups pecorino romano cheese freshly grated
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper for serving
How To Make spaghetti with pecorino romano & arugula

Step 1Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. At the salt enough to make it taste like the sea. Bring back to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente.

Step 2Drain reserving one cup of pasta water. Place the spaghetti in a bowl. Add the butter and cheese and stir until both are melted. Stir in the arugula.

Step 3Serve with freshly ground black pepper
