Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 1 cup boiling water
- - cooking spray
- 1/2 - onion, sliced
- 1 cup peas, frozen petite
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 pound spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/2 cup basil, fresh chopped
- - "just a pinch" of salt
- - "just a pinch" of pepper
How To Make spaghetti with peas and sun-dried tomatoes

Step 1Place pot with 2-3 quarts of water on to boil for spaghetti.

Step 2Cut sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Pour boiling water over them and let sit 5 minutes or until needed.

Step 3Spray a nonstick pan with olive oil spray and saute onions on medium high until soft, about 5 minutes.

Step 4Drain tomatoes and add to onions.

Step 5Add peas and chicken stock.

Step 6Simmer 1 minute.

Step 7Add oil and stir well.

Step 8When large pot of water come to a boil, add spaghetti and boil for 10 minutes.

Step 9Drain.

Step 10In a serving bowl, toss spaghetti with vegetables.

Step 11Sprinkle with basil and add salt and pepper to taste.
