1 lbspaghetti

- GARLIC TOMATO SAUCE

2 Tbspolive oil

4 clovegarlic, minced

2 cancrushed tomatoes (28 oz each)

1 pinchgranulated sugar
- CRUNCH

1 cPanko bread crumbs

1/2 cshredded Parmesan cheese

2anchovies, chopped

1/4 colive oil
How To Make spaghetti with garlic tomato sauce and crunch

1Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water for 10 minutes and drain. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

2For the sauce, place oil in a large saucepan. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

3Add the cans of crushed tomatoes and the reserved pasta sauce. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes.

4Add the spaghetti to the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.

5In a small saucepan place the Panko, cheese, and anchovies over low heat. Add the oil and cook until browned. Serve over the spaghetti.
