Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- 1 cup broccoli, cooked
- 1 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano
- 6 ounces spaghetti, cooked
- - "just a pinch" of salt
- - "just a pinch" of pepper
- - parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make spaghetti primavera

Step 1Melt butter in medium frypan.

Step 2Saute mushrooms, green pepper, onion and garlic until tender.

Step 3Add broccoli, tomato, parsley and oregano to pan; heat through, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Spoon vegetable mixture over spaghetti; toss well to coat.

Step 5Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6Sprinkle each serving with parmesan cheese.
