Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 - garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 cup broccoli, cooked
  • 1 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 6 ounces spaghetti, cooked
  • - "just a pinch" of salt
  • - "just a pinch" of pepper
  • - parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make spaghetti primavera

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in medium frypan.
  • Step 2
    Saute mushrooms, green pepper, onion and garlic until tender.
  • Step 3
    Add broccoli, tomato, parsley and oregano to pan; heat through, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 4
    Spoon vegetable mixture over spaghetti; toss well to coat.
  • Step 5
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle each serving with parmesan cheese.
