spaghetti sauce
8 oz
spaghetti pasta
1/2 lb
ground beef
1/2 lb
italian sausage
eggs, beaten
8 oz
ricotta cheese
3-6 large
onion, chopped
1 c
mozzerella cheese, shredded

How to Make Spaghetti Pie


  • 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool noodles with cold water. Mix in eggs (making sure pasta is cool enough as to not scramble the eggs).
  • 2While pasta is cooking, brown meat with onion and mushrooms; drain off fat. Add spaghetti sauce.
  • 3Press pasta into a large, greased pie pan. Smooth Ricotta sauce over pasta and then top with meat sauce.
  • 4Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Top with shredded mozerella cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
