8 ozspaghetti pasta

1/2 lbground beef

1/2 lbitalian sausage

2eggs, beaten

8 ozricotta cheese

3-6 largemushrooms

1onion, chopped

1 cmozzerella cheese, shredded
How to Make Spaghetti Pie
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool noodles with cold water. Mix in eggs (making sure pasta is cool enough as to not scramble the eggs).
- While pasta is cooking, brown meat with onion and mushrooms; drain off fat. Add spaghetti sauce.
- Press pasta into a large, greased pie pan. Smooth Ricotta sauce over pasta and then top with meat sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Top with shredded mozerella cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
