    egg white
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 1/4 c
    spaghetti sauce
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 3/4 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make SPAGHETTI PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. PRE HEAT OVEN 375
  2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE COOKED SPAGHETTI, EGG WHITE,AND PARMESAN CHEESE.
  3. PLACE MIXTURE INTO 9 INCH PIE PAN
  4. IN A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, COOK GROUND CHUCK UNTIL BROWNED .ADD SPAGHETTI SAUCE , STIRRING, AND COOK FOR 5 MORE MINUTES. SET ASIDE
  5. IN ANOTHER MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE EGG YOLK, RICOTTA , PARSLEY AND 1/2 OF THE MOZZARELLA. SPREAD CHEESE MIXTURE OVER SPAGHETTI MIXTURE IN PIE PAN .SPREAD MEAT SAUCE OVER CHEESE MIXTURE AND TOP WITH THE REMAINING 1/2 CUP OF MOZZARELLA.
  6. COVER PIE WITH FOIL AND BAKE @375 FOR 35 MINUTES, REMOVING FOIL DURING THE LAST 10 MIN .LET STAND BEFOR SERVING.
