Ingredients
- 1/2 pound left over spaghetti with sauce
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (parm or romano)
How To Make spaghetti pie

Step 1whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and grated cheese.

Step 2to a hot skillet, add olive oil (to prevent sticking)and spaghetti to allow a delish brown crust to form. Pour egg and cheese mixture on top of spaghetti and allow to soak in and brown bottom for about 5 minutes.

Step 3to flip the pie to the other side, hold a plate to skillet to flip over and then put back into skillet on other side and continue for about another 5 minutes. (might have to add more oil to brown other side.

Step 4Once other side is browned, slide onto plate and cut into wedges. If dry, top with extra sauce. Enjoy!
