Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 - carrot, chopped
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 8 ounces italian sausage, no casings
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked, drained
- 1 tablespoon half & half
- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups provolone, shredded
- - fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make spaghetti pie

Step 1Spray large skillet; heat over medium heat. Add onions, celery & carrots; cook, stirring often until softened, 2-3 minutes. Crumble in beef & sausage; cook, stirring until browned, 5 minutes. (At this point, I drain mixture and add back to pan.) Add sauce & vinegar; adjust heat to med-hi, bring to a boil then simmer 10 minutes.

Step 2Transfer to a large bowl, stir in half & half.

Step 3In a separate large bowl beat eggs with salt and pepper, stir in 1/2 cup cheese, then the spaghetti.

Step 4Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over med-hi. Pour mixture into skillet and cook until bottom is slightly crisp, 5 minutes. Top with sauce mixture. Cover; cook until hot, 5-8 minutes.

Step 5Remove from heat, sprinkle remaining cheese. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
