This is one of my favorite spaghetti recipes. It's just as good leftover. It is really flavorful.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- 2 ounces quarted mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sweet onion
- 2 pounds cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata black olives
- 1/2 cup pitted green olives
- 2 teaspoons capers, rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper ea
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pound dry pasta
- to taste ounce fresh parmesan cheese grated
How To Make spaghetti delle rocca

Step 1Saute garlic, onions, and mushrooms for 1 min, do not brown. Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese, and saute for 5 min, stirring often.

Step 2Meanwhile cook pasta following box directions. In a large bowl combine sauce and pasta while both are hot. Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
