spaghetti casserole w/cheese

Learned this recipe from my sisters,my hubby doesn't like spaghetti too much but he loves this! We are having it tonight!! Hope you like it too...

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package spaghetti noodles
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of tomato soup
- 1 - onion (diced)
- 1 - green pepper (diced)
- 3 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 pound mushrooms (sliced) (optional)
How To Make spaghetti casserole w/cheese

Step 1Brown ground beef with onion,green pepper and mushrooms (if you are using them). Meanwhile cook pasta to al dente. When ground beef mixture is done Drain. (you can add Italian seasonings and pepper to ground beef if desired dont add salt might make it too salty.)

Step 2After draining, Put beef back into hot pan and add soups. Add 1/2-3/4 can of water to thin the sauce out a little. Add 1 cup of cheese. Stir til Melted. Mix Pasta and Sauce together.

Step 3Put in a casserole dish (9x13) and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Take out of oven and cover casserole with remainder of cheese. Put back in oven til cheese has melted 5-7 min. Serve with salad or garlic bread.
