Ingredients

2 Tbsp
butter
1 clove
garlic
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt
to taste
pepper
1 1/2 lb
lean ground beef
2 can(s)
(8oz each) tomato sauce
8 oz
package spaghetti
3 oz
cream cheese - softend
1 1/2 c
sour cream
6
green onions - chopped
1/2 lb
cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Put butter in cold skillet.
Add garlic, and mash with sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook 'til butter is melted, then add meat and brown.
2Add tomato sauce, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
3Place spaghetti in a greased 13x9 inch casserole.
Top with cream-cheese mixture and then meat mixture.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Bake, uncovered, 'til hot and bubbly, about 30 min.
Serves 6-8 yummy
