Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- to taste - pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 cans (8oz each) tomato sauce
- 8 ounces package spaghetti
- 3 ounces cream cheese - softend
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 6 - green onions - chopped
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese
How To Make spaghetti casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Put butter in cold skillet. Add garlic, and mash with sugar, salt and pepper. Cook 'til butter is melted, then add meat and brown.

Step 2Add tomato sauce, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.

Step 3Place spaghetti in a greased 13x9 inch casserole. Top with cream-cheese mixture and then meat mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, 'til hot and bubbly, about 30 min. Serves 6-8 yummy
