1Cook beef, onion, bell pepper in margarine until lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Add soups, water, garlic and heat.
2In 13x9 casserole dish, blend above ingredients with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and cooked spaghetti. (Add spaghetti little at a time so consistency is what you prefer). Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 350 for 30 min.
