YUMMY!!! Lasagna flavor with less fuss and cash! Make the entire recipe and cut leftovers into squares and it freezes great for a wonderful lunch at work or a quick dinner another night!

Ingredients
- 1 pound box of spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 1- 24oz. jars prego pasta sauce or your own homemade
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make spaghetti casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef with onions, add jar of sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Step 2Cook spaghetti al dente in water and olive oil according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.

Step 3Cream together cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream (I use a hand mixer). Set aside.

Step 4Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Add 1/2 of the cooked spaghetti. Spread on 1/2 of cheese mixture with spatula.Repeat with other half of spaghetti and cheese mixture.

Step 5Pour melted butter over layers.

Step 6Pour spaghetti sauce over the top.

Step 7Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 8Uncover. Cool for 15 minuts and cut into squares and serve.
