Ingredients
- 7 ounces spaghetti
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (green can)
- 1 cup cottage cheese, lowfat
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make spaghetti casserole

Step 1preheat oven to 350. lightly spray 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray.

Step 2cook spaghetti according to package directions. drain.

Step 3toss spaghetti with egg and parmesan cheese.

Step 4place in 8x8 inch pan. spread cottage cheese over spaghetti mixture.

Step 5cook sausage, onion and garlic until sausage crumbles and no longer pink. drain.

Step 6add sausage back to skillet and stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and oregano.

Step 7cook until thoroughly heated. spread over cottage cheese mixture. top with mozzarella cheese.
