This is a favorite in our house, and with our busy life, it's a perfect meal! Takes less than half an hour to make and the ingredients cost less than $10 depending on what you already have in the kitchen! This is even BETTER the next day!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 4 cans italian stewed tomatos
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 1 small white onion
- 1 package spaghetti noodles
How To Make spaghetti carbonara

Step 1In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp, and place on paper towel to cool. Crumble bacon. DO NOT THROW OUT BACON GREASE!!!!!

Step 2Add the garlic and chopped white onion to the bacon grease and saute until onions are translucent and garlic soft.

Step 3Cook pasta to package directions.

Step 4Using a blender, puree each can of stewed tomatoes and add to the bacon grease, garlic and onion in skillet.

Step 5Set to medium-low heat and cover. Let cook for 20 minutes, stirring often. In last 5 minutes of cook time, add crumbled bacon.

Step 6Pour over noodles and enjoy!
