Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 pound spaghetti (angel hair)
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 - eggs
- - pepper
How To Make spaghetti carbonara
-
Step 1Fry bacon until it is just crisp, drain on paper towel. Chop into bite size pieces. Cook spaghetti according to directions, drain the spaghetti well and pour into a warm serving dish. Toss pasta with bacon, cheese, butter and lots of black pepper,(I use up to a teaspoon full) do this for a few seconds allowing to cool slightly. Add the 2 eggs slightly beaten and stir until all the stands are coated. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
