Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 28 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 ounces pizza blend shredded cheese
- 1 package picsweet vegetable blend
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 - eggs
How To Make spaghetti bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Boil spaghetti. Drain but do not rinse. Make sure you give the pasta enough time to drain completely.

Step 3Saute picsweet in butter for 3 minutes.

Step 4Add hamburger meat. Brown and drain.

Step 5Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms, and seasonings.

Step 6Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and cottage cheese with mixer. Thoroughly combine.

Step 7Whisk eggs and melted butter. Add to the drained spaghetti. Toss to coat.

Step 8Prepare 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 9Layer half spaghetti mixture in dish. Then layer cream cheese mixture. Add rest of spaghetti on top. Pour red sauce and meat on top of all. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
