Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 lb
spaghetti
28 oz
spaghetti sauce
1/4 c
sour cream
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
8 oz
cottage cheese
1 stick
butter, melted
8 oz
pizza blend shredded cheese
1 pkg
picsweet vegetable blend
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper
2
eggs

How to Make Spaghetti Bake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Boil spaghetti. Drain but do not rinse. Make sure you give the pasta enough time to drain completely.
  • 3Saute picsweet in butter for 3 minutes.
  • 4Add hamburger meat. Brown and drain.
  • 5Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms, and seasonings.
  • 6Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and cottage cheese with mixer. Thoroughly combine.
  • 7Whisk eggs and melted butter. Add to the drained spaghetti. Toss to coat.
  • 8Prepare 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • 9Layer half spaghetti mixture in dish. Then layer cream cheese mixture. Add rest of spaghetti on top. Pour red sauce and meat on top of all. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
