Ingredients

  • ·
    8 oz. spaghetti
  • ·
    4 slices bacon
  • ·
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • ·
    2 cups cream
  • ·
    2 eggs
  • ·
    1 cup green peas
  • ·
    1 cup grated parmesan

How to Make Spaghetti Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook pasta as pkg. directs. Drain. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Cook bacon in skillet til crisp. Drain, reserving bacon drippings. Crumble bacon. Saute onion in reserved bacon drippings til tender. Drain.
  3. Whisk cream and eggs in pan til blended. Stir in bacon, onion and peas. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently don't boil. Spoon over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 to3 0 minutes or til bubbly. Serves 4 to 6
