olive oil
1.5 c
onion, chopped
garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c
parsley, chopped
1/4 c
celery, chopped
1 tsp
2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1.5 c
1 lb
crabmeat, fresh
14 oz
1 c
tomato sauce
1/4 c
sherry, spanish
parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make Spaghetti and Crabmeat


  • 1Saute onion, celery, garlic and parsley in oil until golden brown.
  • 2Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasoning.
  • 3Simmer over low heat for at least 1 hour.
  • 4If longer simmering time (2-3 hours) is desired, add water to maintain desired consistency.
  • 5Add crabmeat and sherry and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 6Cook and drain angel hair pasta (do not wash or rinse) and add to sauce.
  • 7Place on serving platter and top with generous amount of fresh parmesan chese.
