Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1.5 cups onion, chopped
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 pound crabmeat, fresh
- 14 ounces tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup sherry, spanish
- - parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make spaghetti and crabmeat

Step 1Saute onion, celery, garlic and parsley in oil until golden brown.

Step 2Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasoning.

Step 3Simmer over low heat for at least 1 hour.

Step 4If longer simmering time (2-3 hours) is desired, add water to maintain desired consistency.

Step 5Add crabmeat and sherry and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6Cook and drain angel hair pasta (do not wash or rinse) and add to sauce.

Step 7Place on serving platter and top with generous amount of fresh parmesan chese.
