This is a great weeknight meal. You savor every bite. I really can't believe how tasty it is with such few ingredients. The original recipe also called for sliced olives (2 1/4 oz) that you add with the mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cooked spaghetti
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (26oz)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (4 1/2 oz)
- 2 cups shredded, cheddar cheese
How To Make southwest spaghetti

Step 1Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

Step 2Stir in the taco seasoning, spaghetti sauce, and mushrooms. Drain spaghetti; stir into the beef mixture.

Step 3• Transfer to a greased shallow 3-qt. baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa.
