Soft Shell Crabs over Linguini-Caper Sauce

Our Family Loves this Crab Dish, its fun fast and goes great with a bottle of wine! ENJOY We sure do.

6 soft shell crabs, 2 tbl fresh parsley, 2tbl fresh basil, 1 lemom 2 tbl scallions,1/3 olive olive, salt, pepper, 3/4 box linguini
4 big fresh tomatoes
1/3 cup capers


1Chop tomatoes, parsley, scallions and basil put in bowl add olive oil salt and pepper.
2Cook Linguini put aside,IN SAME PAN AS CRABS melt Butter on high in frying pan, add soft shell crabs (THAWED) cook 5 mins on high each side,set crabs aside. Add in tomatoe sauce while on high heat adding 2 tbl lemon juice,capers, cook for 5 mins.Then on plate layer Linguini, some sauce, 2 crabs, lemon Slices on the side & ENJOY!
