small shell pasta & tuna sauce
Years ago my grandma used to make this sauce to put on spaghetti or linguine on Christmas Eve. Always was a family favorite but the difference was the sauce. She used her own and you can make your own homemade too or use a different pasta sauce. I also make my own sometimes but for this recipe I used the sauce I did because I am on Weight Watchers diet and the sauce is tasty and 0 points for me on my plan.

Ingredients
- 1 can chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 1 can hun's no salt added tomato sauce
- 2 ounces cooked, small shell pasta
- 1 package packet of stevia
- 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 small fresh tomato, chopped
- 1/2 small onion chopped, i used sweet onion, can use any kind
How To Make small shell pasta & tuna sauce

Step 1Add 1 can Hunt's no salt tomato sauce to med saucepan. Drain can of tuna and add to sauce, add dash of black pepper, chopped onion and chopped fresh tomato and packet of Stevia to sauce and stir well.

Step 2Cover and cook on simmer for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile boil small shell pasta and when cooked, drain but do not rinse with cold water.

Step 3You can either add pasta to plate or a bowl and top with the sauce or mix sauce in with the pasta. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
