ground beef or sausage
onion, chopped
2 tsp
minced garlic
1 can(s)
29 oz tomato sauce
1 can(s)
6 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp
1 tsp
oregano, dried
1 pkg
lasagna noodles, uncooked
12 oz
cottage cheese, small curd
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, grated
16 oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Slow Cooker Lasagna


  • 1In a large skillet cook meat, onion and garlic until brown. Drain. Add tomato sauce, paste, oregano. Cook until heated.
  • 2Mix all the cheeses together
  • 3Spoon layer of meat mixture onto the bottom of slow cooker. Add a double layer of the uncooked lasagna noodles. Break to fit the noodles in the slow cooker. Top noodles with a portion of the cheese mixture. Repeat layering until everything is used.(3 layers). Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
