Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or sausage
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 can 29 oz tomato sauce
- 1 can 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 package lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 12 ounces cottage cheese, small curd
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make slow cooker lasagna

Step 1In a large skillet cook meat, onion and garlic until brown. Drain. Add tomato sauce, paste, oregano. Cook until heated.

Step 2Mix all the cheeses together

Step 3Spoon layer of meat mixture onto the bottom of slow cooker. Add a double layer of the uncooked lasagna noodles. Break to fit the noodles in the slow cooker. Top noodles with a portion of the cheese mixture. Repeat layering until everything is used.(3 layers). Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
