This was wonderful! I expected a thumbs down and mostly left overs... we scraped the bottom of the crock pot! VERY EASY!
FYI - I couldn't find the herb and garlic cream cheese, so I used -Mrs. Dash Herb and Garlic Seasoning- and a 1/2cup of regular cream cheese

stew beef
1 c
chopped onions
1 c
chopped mushrooms
1/2 c
beef broth
1/2 c
herb and garlic cream cheese
1 Tbsp
flour
8 oz
fettuccine pasta, cooked/drained

How to Make Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix meat, onions and mushrooms in slow cooke
  • 2Add broth; stir.
  • 3Cover. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours (or on High for 3 to 4 hours).
  • 4Combine cream cheese spread and flour. Add to meat mixture just before serving; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • 5Add meat mixture to hot pasta; toss to coat.
