slow cooker beef stroganoff
This was wonderful! I expected a thumbs down and mostly left overs... we scraped the bottom of the crock pot! VERY EASY! FYI - I couldn't find the herb and garlic cream cheese, so I used -Mrs. Dash Herb and Garlic Seasoning- and a 1/2cup of regular cream cheese

Ingredients
- 1 pound stew beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup herb and garlic cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked/drained
How To Make slow cooker beef stroganoff

Step 1Mix meat, onions and mushrooms in slow cooke

Step 2Add broth; stir.

Step 3Cover. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours (or on High for 3 to 4 hours).

Step 4Combine cream cheese spread and flour. Add to meat mixture just before serving; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Step 5Add meat mixture to hot pasta; toss to coat.
