Ingredients
- FOR THE RAGU
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 links polish sausage small dice
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- FOR THE PASTA
- salt
- 1 pound pasta of choice. i used spaghetti
- freshly grated parmigiana reggiano
How To Make slow cooked polish sausage ragu with milk

Step 1Add olive oil to pan that is big enough for the pasta. Saute the onion for about 7 minutes. Add the garlic and saute 30 seconds. Add the sausage and cook 2 minutes. Add the wine and let most evaporate. Add the milk and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Let simmer on low for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour. Until reduced and thickened. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and drain. Add pasta to sauce and serve with Cheese
