Ingredients
- 1/2 pound italian sausage, mild, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 2 cans italian style chopped tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 8 ounces rigatoni or spiral pasta-uncooked
- 1 can olives, sliced
- 1 or 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- - parmesan cheese & parsley to put on top
How To Make skillet pasta roma

Step 1In large skillet brown sausage, add garlic and onion and cook til onion is soft.

Step 2Stir in rest of ingredients except the parmesan cheese and parsley.

Step 3Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
