So I adopted this recipe! I will be making this this weekend and seeing what it needs to pass my family's test!

1 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
spaghetti sauce mix, 1 1/2 ounces
1 lb
ricotta cheese
8 oz
lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1 Tbsp
dried parsley
16 oz
tomatoes, crushed
1 can(s)
tomato sauce, 8 ounces
1 c
8 oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Skillet Lasagna


  • 1Brown meat in fry pan and sprinkle with half spaghetti sauce mix.
  • 2Spoon ricotta over mixture and cover with half the noodles.
  • 3Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
  • 4Lay on remaining noodles.
  • 5Push down slightly to moisten.
  • 6Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  • 7Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
