Ingredients

1 lbground beef
-
1 pkgspaghetti sauce mix, 1 1/2 ounces
-
1 lbricotta cheese
-
8 ozlasagna noodles, uncooked
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 Tbspdried parsley
-
·salt
-
16 oztomatoes, crushed
-
1 can(s)tomato sauce, 8 ounces
-
1 cwater
-
8 ozmozzarella cheese, shredded
How to Make Skillet Lasagna
- Brown meat in fry pan and sprinkle with half spaghetti sauce mix.
- Spoon ricotta over mixture and cover with half the noodles.
- Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
- Lay on remaining noodles.
- Push down slightly to moisten.
- Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
