So I adopted this recipe! I will be making this this weekend and seeing what it needs to pass my family's test!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    spaghetti sauce mix, 1 1/2 ounces
  • 1 lb
    ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz
    lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • ·
    salt
  • 16 oz
    tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce, 8 ounces
  • 1 c
    water
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Skillet Lasagna

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown meat in fry pan and sprinkle with half spaghetti sauce mix.
  2. Spoon ricotta over mixture and cover with half the noodles.
  3. Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
  4. Lay on remaining noodles.
  5. Push down slightly to moisten.
  6. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
