So I adopted this recipe! I will be making this this weekend and seeing what it needs to pass my family's test!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package spaghetti sauce mix, 1 1/2 ounces
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- - salt
- 16 ounces tomatoes, crushed
- 1 can tomato sauce, 8 ounces
- 1 cup water
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make skillet lasagna

Step 1Brown meat in fry pan and sprinkle with half spaghetti sauce mix.

Step 2Spoon ricotta over mixture and cover with half the noodles.

Step 3Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.

Step 4Lay on remaining noodles.

Step 5Push down slightly to moisten.

Step 6Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender.

Step 7Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
