Ingredients
- SIZZLE SAUCE
- 2 bunches green onions
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- NOODLES
- 1 pound dry rice noodles
- 3/4 cup sizzle sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 large egg yolks
How To Make sizzle sauce noodles

Step 1For the Sizzle sauce, place all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over high heat until it starts to sizzle. Turn heat down to low and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes. Pour into a food processor and process until well incorporated. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and pour into a glass jar to store in the fridge. Will keep for about 2 weeks.

Step 2For the noodles, cook them in boiling water. Once cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Drain the noodles.

Step 3Divide the noodles between 4 dishes. Top each with 3 Tbsp Sizzle sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 egg yolk, and 2 Tbsp cooking water. Stir until creamy and serve immediately.
