- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 cup greek yogurt, vanilla
- 2 teaspoons honey
- MAC & CHEESE
- 1/2 can pumpkin
- 1 box mac &cheese or homemade
- CHILI
- - your homemade chili
- 1 can pumpkin
- SALAD DRESSING
- 1 tablespoon added to your home made dressing.
- PASTA SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin

Step 1OATMEAL: stir in pumpkin & brown sugar. I add nuts.

Step 2SMOOTHIE: Mix banana, yogurt & honey in blender. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
