Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 ounces parmesan cheese, grated (more if desired)
- - salt (to taste)
- - white pepper (to taste)
How To Make simple & tasty fettuccine alfredo

Step 1Prepare fettuccine according to package directions.

Step 2In a small sauce pan slowly warm heavy cream and butter until butter is melted.

Step 3Once butter has melted gradually stir in the cheese, stirring constantly. Be careful not to add too much cheese at once to prevent clumping.

Step 4Stir salt and pepper into sauce, and toss with cooked pasta. Serve hot.
