Simple and Amazing- Mizithra Cheese Spaghetti

Kathie Carr

This recipe came from a friend who worked at a great Italian restaurant near Monterey CA in the 1970's.

The important thing is to use real Mizithra Cheese available at delis and Trader Joes. Nothing else is as good.
