Ingredients

1/2 box
angelhair pasta
1 lb
shrimp, peeled and deveined fresh precooked or frozen thawed
1/2 stick
butter
1/2 c
olive oil
3-4 clove
fresh garlic
1 bunch
fresh parsley
1/2 jar(s)
black olive tampenade

How to Make Shrimp Scampi My Way

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook angel hair according to pkg directions.
  • 2heat olive oil and butter, until butter is melted, add grated fresh garlic, black olive tampenade, and shrimp, cook until shrimp are done 5-6 minutes, if you are using fresh shrimp till pink and curled. To this add the fresh chopped parsley. Stirring constantly. Being careful not to overcook your shrimp. If you use frozen shrimp thaw first, and remove tails.
  • 3Plate your pasta, top with shrimp mixture, being sure to use up the delightful sauce.
