  • 1 lb
    medium raw shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 oz
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    scallions - sliced
  • 2 clove
    garlic - crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    leamon juice
  • ·
    angel haie pasta
  • ·
    freshly grated paemeasan or romano cheese
  • 1 dash(es)
    tony chachere original seasoning

How to Make Shrimp Scampi and Cilantro Pasta


  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add scallions, garlic, and shrimp
  3. Saute until shrimp just turn pink
  4. Add cilantro, and lemon juice and heat through
  5. Serve over angel hair pasta and top with freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  6. Sprinkle a dash of Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
