Ingredients
- 1 pound medium raw shrimp - peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 2 tablespoons scallions - sliced
- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon leamon juice
- - angel haie pasta
- - freshly grated paemeasan or romano cheese
- 1 dash tony chachere original seasoning
How To Make shrimp scampi and cilantro pasta

Step 1Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet.

Step 2Add scallions, garlic, and shrimp

Step 3Saute until shrimp just turn pink

Step 4Add cilantro, and lemon juice and heat through

Step 5Serve over angel hair pasta and top with freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
