medium raw shrimp - peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp
2 oz
olive oil
2 Tbsp
scallions - sliced
2 clove
garlic - crushed
2 Tbsp
fresh cilantro - chopped
1/2 tsp
leamon juice
angel haie pasta
freshly grated paemeasan or romano cheese
1 dash(es)
tony chachere original seasoning

How to Make Shrimp Scampi and Cilantro Pasta


  • 1Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet.
  • 2Add scallions, garlic, and shrimp
  • 3Saute until shrimp just turn pink
  • 4Add cilantro, and lemon juice and heat through
  • 5Serve over angel hair pasta and top with freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 6Sprinkle a dash of Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
