In a large saucepan melt butter. Add garlic to butter, saute. Add chopped Red Pepper and asparagus, cream and 1/2 of the pamesean.
Simmer 20 miutes until slighly thickened.
While simmering, in meadium pan fill 1/2 way with warm water and boil shrimp. About 10 miutes until it turns pinkish. Pour into strainer and rinse with with cold water.
Shrimp needs to be peeled, then add to the pepper and asparagus.
Meanwhile prepare water to boil Pasta. Spaghetti or lingune.
Pasta should be finished when the Shrimp and Asparagus are finished simmering. Then add a 1/2 cup more of parmrsean to the shrimp and asparagus. Serve over pasta. YUM!
