I made this on our vacation. In Hilton Head South Carolina where sea food is plentiful. It as amazing! My husband and my daughter and her boyfriend loved it too!

4 Tbsp
crushed garlic
4 Tbsp
1 1/2 c
chopped red pepper
1 bunch
2 lbs
frozen raw shrimp
4 c
heavy cream
1 c
parmesean cheese, divided


1In a large saucepan melt butter. Add garlic to butter, saute. Add chopped Red Pepper and asparagus, cream and 1/2 of the pamesean.
2Simmer 20 miutes until slighly thickened.

While simmering, in meadium pan fill 1/2 way with warm water and boil shrimp. About 10 miutes until it turns pinkish. Pour into strainer and rinse with with cold water.
3Shrimp needs to be peeled, then add to the pepper and asparagus.

Meanwhile prepare water to boil Pasta. Spaghetti or lingune.
4Pasta should be finished when the Shrimp and Asparagus are finished simmering. Then add a 1/2 cup more of parmrsean to the shrimp and asparagus. Serve over pasta. YUM!
