shrimp pasta with garlic sauce
I made this last night as a side dish to go with my steak. Omg! It is out of this world. I could hardly believe that I made something that tasted like it took a lot of work. But it was fast to put together for such a great taste.

Ingredients
- - 2 cups uncooked shell pasta
- - 2 garlic cloves, minced
- - ¼ cup butter
- - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- - 1 can (14-1/2)oz. chicken broth
- - 1 can 5oz. evaporated milk
- - 1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- - 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- - 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- - 1-1/2 teaspoons seafood seasoning

Step 1Cook the shell pasta according to package. Meanwhile, in large saucepan sauté garlic in butter. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add the broth and milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in shrimp, cheese, parsley and seafood seasoning, heat through. Drain pasta; place in a large bowl. Add the shrimp mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
