  • 2 c
    uncooked bow tie pasta`
  • 1/2 c
    chopped shallots .
  • 3 c
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 c
    fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c
    diced red peppers
  • 8 oz
    raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Shrimp, broccoli Pasta Toss


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions....
  2. While the pasta is cooking,,add the oil and butter in a wok or large skillet,add the onions and garlic and saute for 3 to 5 minutes , add the broccoli and peppers and cook over medium heat til vegies are tender 5 minutes,,add shrimp and cook until the shrimp turns not overcook as the shrimp will be chewy.
  3. Drain the pasta return to pot and toss with the shrimp mix..sprinkle with the cheese.
