Shrimp and Spaghetti Stir Fry

I like seafood and vegetables and decided to make a stir fry with seafood and this turned out well and I received ooohs and aaaahs from my family,,it was not only tasty, it was colorful and healthy.

2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin1
sesame oil
2 Tbsp
sesame seeds
4 oz
cream cheese, low-fat
1/2 c
white wine or chicken stock
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1 medium
red onion chopped in large pieces
1/2 c
green bell peppers,cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/2 c
yellow peppers cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 1/2 c
white mushrooms s;iced .
celery ribs cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 lb
medium size shrimp shelled and tails removed
2 c
lightly packed baby spinach
1 1
grape tomatoes
1 tsp
lemon rind, grated
2 Tbsp


1Using a wok add oils to wok and when heated saute shrimp til it turns not overcook..remove from pan set aside..add the butter and when hot add all the vegetables except the spinach and tomatoes..saute for 15 minutes on medium heat, soften cream cheese in micro,,add to wok along with the wine..stir until well combined add spinach and tomatoes cook for 3 minutes add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp is warm..sprinkle with sesame seeds.
2The pasta should be cooked prior to cooking all the above ingredients. Some people like a small amount of pasta in this stir fry and others like more therefore I have left the amount out of the recipe to let you choose the amount you like.
3Put grated parmason cheese in a bowl to let your dinner guests use.
