Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fettucine, uncooked
- 1 pound thawed raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2-3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3-4 small fresh sweet peppers red or yellow
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh green onions
- 2 dashes italian seasoning
- 10-12 medium sliced fresh grape tomato
- 5 tablespoons evoo
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 3 pinches fresh chopped cilantra
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - asiago cheese, grated
How To Make shrimp and fettuccine

Step 1prepare pasta like normal. using water,3 tbsp evoo,pasta.when almost done, set aside 1 cup of water from pasta. when done drain but don't rinse. return to pot and set aside.

Step 2melt butter in saucepan add 2 tbsp evoo, add garlic,onions,peppers, saute until tender. add 1 cup of broth from pasta. add tomatoes and seasonings. when tomatoes are almost done add shrimp and stir frequently until shrimp are nice and pink.

Step 3incorporate shrimp and mixture with the pasta and toss lightly. serve topped with grated Asiago cheese
