Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fettucine, uncooked
  • 1 pound thawed raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2-3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3-4 small fresh sweet peppers red or yellow
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh green onions
  • 2 dashes italian seasoning
  • 10-12 medium sliced fresh grape tomato
  • 5 tablespoons evoo
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 pinches fresh chopped cilantra
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - asiago cheese, grated

How To Make shrimp and fettuccine

  • Step 1
    prepare pasta like normal. using water,3 tbsp evoo,pasta.when almost done, set aside 1 cup of water from pasta. when done drain but don't rinse. return to pot and set aside.
  • Step 2
    melt butter in saucepan add 2 tbsp evoo, add garlic,onions,peppers, saute until tender. add 1 cup of broth from pasta. add tomatoes and seasonings. when tomatoes are almost done add shrimp and stir frequently until shrimp are nice and pink.
  • Step 3
    incorporate shrimp and mixture with the pasta and toss lightly. serve topped with grated Asiago cheese
