1/2 lbfettucine, uncooked

1 lbthawed raw shrimp peeled and deveined

2-3 Tbspminced garlic

3-4 smallfresh sweet peppers red or yellow

3/4 cchopped fresh green onions

2 dash(es)italian seasoning

10-12 mediumsliced fresh grape tomato

5 Tbspevoo

4 Tbspsalted butter

3 pinchfresh chopped cilantra

·asiago cheese, grated
How to Make Shrimp and Fettuccine
- prepare pasta like normal. using water,3 tbsp evoo,pasta.when almost done, set aside 1 cup of water from pasta.
when done drain but don't rinse. return to pot and set aside. - melt butter in saucepan add 2 tbsp evoo, add garlic,onions,peppers, saute until tender. add 1 cup of broth from pasta. add tomatoes and seasonings. when tomatoes are almost done add shrimp and stir frequently until shrimp are nice and pink.
- incorporate shrimp and mixture with the pasta and toss lightly.
serve topped with grated Asiago cheese
