1/2 lb
fettucine, uncooked
1 lb
thawed raw shrimp peeled and deveined
2-3 Tbsp
minced garlic
3-4 small
fresh sweet peppers red or yellow
3/4 c
chopped fresh green onions
2 dash(es)
italian seasoning
10-12 medium
sliced fresh grape tomato
5 Tbsp
4 Tbsp
salted butter
3 pinch
fresh chopped cilantra
salt and pepper to taste
asiago cheese, grated

How to Make Shrimp and Fettuccine


  • 1prepare pasta like normal. using water,3 tbsp evoo,pasta.when almost done, set aside 1 cup of water from pasta.
    when done drain but don't rinse. return to pot and set aside.
  • 2melt butter in saucepan add 2 tbsp evoo, add garlic,onions,peppers, saute until tender. add 1 cup of broth from pasta. add tomatoes and seasonings. when tomatoes are almost done add shrimp and stir frequently until shrimp are nice and pink.
  • 3incorporate shrimp and mixture with the pasta and toss lightly.
    serve topped with grated Asiago cheese
