Nobody in my family cares for mayonnaise, but they love it in this dish. Well, the truth is that they don't know that I put mayonnaise in the dish. Shhhhh, it's our little secret, they think it's sour cream. By adding the cream cheese and mayonnaise it took this recipe over the top. You notice that there is no spices in the recipe, that's because it's all about the creaminess of the cream cheese and mayonnaise. A must try for everyone. Please enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound box macaroni
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 pound italian pork sausage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can anysize corn, drained
  • 1 jar 45 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make shhhhh it's a creamy goulash (not sour cream)

  • Step 1
    In large pot, cook macaroni per direction on the box to desired doneness. Meanwhile in a large fry pan brown hamburger, sausage and onion. Drain and return to fry pan.
  • Step 2
    Add spaghetti sauce and corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer till macaroni is done.
  • Step 3
    Drain macaroni and return to pot. Add sauce, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir till cream cheese is dissolved. Serve with parmesan cheese.
