Ingredients
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 16 ounces macaroni, large shells, cooked
- 1 jar (16 ounces) alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1In a large skillet over medium heat, cook meat and onion.

Step 2Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and cinnamon; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Step 3Toss cooked pasta with Alfredo sauce.

Step 4In 9 X 13 inch baking dish, spoon 1/2 pasta mixture ; spoon meat mixture evenly over pasta. Spoon remaining pasta evenly over meat mixture; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Step 5Cover with foil; bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
