- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- BROCCOLI
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- salt
- NOODLES
- 10 ounces wide rice noodles
- TO SERVE
- hoisin sauce
- fresh cilantro
How To Make sesame tahini noodles with broccoli

Step 1Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

Step 2Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain. Add the sesame oil to a skillet and char the broccoli for about 3 more minutes.

Step 3Cook the noodles according to directions and drain. Add the broccoli and sauce to the noodles and cook until warmed through, about 4 minutes. Plate and drizzle with hoisin and garnish with cilantro.
