Ingredients For sesame tahini noodles with broccoli

  • SAUCE
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/3 c
    tahini
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    chili garlic sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • BROCCOLI
  • 4 c
    broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • salt
  • NOODLES
  • 10 oz
    wide rice noodles
  • TO SERVE
  • hoisin sauce
  • fresh cilantro

How To Make sesame tahini noodles with broccoli

    Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

    Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain. Add the sesame oil to a skillet and char the broccoli for about 3 more minutes.

    Cook the noodles according to directions and drain. Add the broccoli and sauce to the noodles and cook until warmed through, about 4 minutes. Plate and drizzle with hoisin and garnish with cilantro.
