Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    boneless chicken breats, cut into bite size strips
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1
    bag (19oz) green giant, frozen stir-fry lo mein
  • 1 c
    fresh snow peas, trimmed
  • 1/4 c
    cashew pieces

How to Make Sesame Chicken Lo Mein

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray 12-in nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
  2. Add oil, frozen vegetables and sauce packet (from meal starter) and snow peas to skillet with chicken; cook and stir 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with cashews.
