Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breats, cut into bite size strips
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 - bag (19oz) green giant, frozen stir-fry lo mein
  • 1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup cashew pieces

How To Make sesame chicken lo mein

  • Step 1
    Spray 12-in nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
  • Step 2
    Add oil, frozen vegetables and sauce packet (from meal starter) and snow peas to skillet with chicken; cook and stir 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with cashews.
