How to Make Sesame Chicken Lo Mein
- 1Spray 12-in nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
- 2Add oil, frozen vegetables and sauce packet (from meal starter) and snow peas to skillet with chicken; cook and stir 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with cashews.
