i lov seafood and pasta so what better thing to make...this takes time but is so worth it... start early in the dat to make this

Ingredients
- 1 - recipe homemade noodles with bacon,chives,and extra egg added
- 8 ounces frsh mushrooms,chopped fine
- 3 cloves garlic,copped fine
- 24 ounces carton no fat 1% cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons chives, bunch,chopped fine
- 1/2 pound raw med shrimp,cleaned well
- 1/2 pound bay scallops
- 1/2 pound canned crabmeat, flaked
- 1/2 pound minced clams with juice
- 1/2 pound oysters
- 24 ounces tub far free sour cream
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
- - bacon fat[from noodles]
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- - clam juice,as needed
How To Make seafood ravioli

Step 1start early in day and make noodle dough with the extras...DO NOT CUT INTO STRIPS... divid dough in 1/2 rool into rectangle useing 2 inch cookie cutters cut dough keep covered with damp cloth while cutting all out leave covered while making filling

Step 2filling.....mix chives,mushrooms and garlic in med bowl set aside take cottage cheese and put in fod processor or blender blender til smooth add to mushroom mix

Step 3now fill ravioli bout a tablespoon of filling per round fold ravioli in half and crimp with fork set out to dry now[for bout an hr flip eat over during the hout in lg pot of salted water boil ravioli bout 8 min

Step 4while ravioli are boiling in pan bacon was cooked in add all seafood doin canned seafood last once shrimp turn pink add sour cream and old bay and parsley

Step 5once ravioli are cooked add to seafood if needed add clam juice
