  • 1 lb
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails
  • 1 lb
    imitation crabmeat-rinsed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 4
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 qt
    half & half cream
  • 1 bunch
    fresh parsley-chopped
  • 1 bunch
    green onions-chopped
  • ·
    tony chachere's seasoning to taste
  • ·
    angel hair pasta

How to Make Seafood Pasta


  1. Saute shrimp in 1 stick of butter until pink. Add crawfish until warm. Set aside.
  2. Melt remaining butter in a Dutch oven (pot). Add flour, whisk until blended. Do not brown.
  3. Add half and half cream. Blend well.
  4. Pour shrimp & crawfish mixture into the cream mixture. Blend well.
  5. Add crabmeat, parsley, green onions and Tony's seasoning.
  6. Heat until begins to thicken. Simmer on low until ready to serve.
