A friend from long ago made this for my hubby and I. Just love it...very rich!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp-deveined
  • 1 pound crawfish tails
  • 1 pound imitation crabmeat-rinsed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 - sticks-butter
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 quart half & half cream
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley-chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions-chopped
  • - tony chachere's seasoning to taste
  • - angel hair pasta

How To Make seafood pasta

  • Step 1
    Saute shrimp in 1 stick of butter until pink. Add crawfish until warm. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Melt remaining butter in a Dutch oven (pot). Add flour, whisk until blended. Do not brown.
  • Step 3
    Add half and half cream. Blend well.
  • Step 4
    Pour shrimp & crawfish mixture into the cream mixture. Blend well.
  • Step 5
    Add crabmeat, parsley, green onions and Tony's seasoning.
  • Step 6
    Heat until begins to thicken. Simmer on low until ready to serve.
