Ingredients

1 lb
shrimp-deveined
1 lb
crawfish tails
1 lb
imitation crabmeat-rinsed and cut into bite size pieces
4
sticks-butter
3/4 c
flour
1 qt
half & half cream
1 bunch
fresh parsley-chopped
1 bunch
green onions-chopped
tony chachere's seasoning to taste
angel hair pasta

How to Make Seafood Pasta

Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute shrimp in 1 stick of butter until pink. Add crawfish until warm. Set aside.
  • 2Melt remaining butter in a Dutch oven (pot). Add flour, whisk until blended. Do not brown.
  • 3Add half and half cream. Blend well.
  • 4Pour shrimp & crawfish mixture into the cream mixture. Blend well.
  • 5Add crabmeat, parsley, green onions and Tony's seasoning.
  • 6Heat until begins to thicken. Simmer on low until ready to serve.
