Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp-deveined
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- 1 pound imitation crabmeat-rinsed and cut into bite size pieces
- 4 - sticks-butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 quart half & half cream
- 1 bunch fresh parsley-chopped
- 1 bunch green onions-chopped
- - tony chachere's seasoning to taste
- - angel hair pasta
How To Make seafood pasta

Step 1Saute shrimp in 1 stick of butter until pink. Add crawfish until warm. Set aside.

Step 2Melt remaining butter in a Dutch oven (pot). Add flour, whisk until blended. Do not brown.

Step 3Add half and half cream. Blend well.

Step 4Pour shrimp & crawfish mixture into the cream mixture. Blend well.

Step 5Add crabmeat, parsley, green onions and Tony's seasoning.

Step 6Heat until begins to thicken. Simmer on low until ready to serve.
