wanted somethin quick and easy for dinner came up with this...but this would be great for a dinner party

Ingredients
- 1/2 package [12 oz] whole wheat noddles
- 1 pound bay scallops
- 1 pound med shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried garlic pieces
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoning salt
- several - grinds fresh black pepper
- - parsley
How To Make seafood noddles

Step 1cook noodles by pkg directions[check by eatin a noddle cuz i cook them 5-8 min longer than pkg.that is for whole wheat]

Step 2in lg fry pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray and margarine add to..... add both red and green pepper.than the garlic[here if u have a spice u love with seafood by all means add it]cook and stir til peppers are soft and buter has good flavor...

Step 3while peppers are cookin make sure shrimp are peeled an deveined then mix shrimp and scallops together...pour into fry pan with flavored butter and peppers cook and stir bout 10 minutes til all shrimp turn pink season with salt and pepper

Step 4add noddles to seafood sprinkle chopped parsley over all and serve
