Ingredients
- 8 - lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 8 ounces pkg. cream cheese, soften, (i use light)
- 1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 5 ounces canned crab meat
- 1 pound shelled shrimp, deveined and cooked
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make seafood lasagna

Step 1Cook noodles. Place 4 noodles in a 9x13 in. pan. Cook onion in butter. Add cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.

Step 2Spread 1/2 of mixture over noodles. Combine soup, milk and wine. Stir in crab and shrimp. Spoon 1/2 mixture over cheese layer.

Step 3Repeat all layers. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place in fridge until ready to bake.

Step 4Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with sharp cheese, brown under broiler and let stand mintues before serving.
