This is a quick, easy recipe for Alfredo sauce that I found in Parade magazine years ago. You can substitute the seafood for chicken and add your favorite veggies as well.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 ounces shrimp or crab meat
- 6 ounces fettucini
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make seafood fettucini

Step 1Cook fettucini according to package. While cooking... Melt butter, stir in flour. I prefer to use a whisk to stir so that there are no "lumps". Gradually add half and half, stir until thickened. Add Parmesan; cook and stir until smooth. Fold in seafood, heat 3 mintues, stirring occasionally. Toss fettucini with sauce, sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
