This recipe came from chef joe. He is gone now but this recipe always brings fond memories. totally delish xoxoxo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 4 tablespons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 pints half & half
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 3/4 pound imitation crab (trust me)
  • 3/4 pound bay scallops
  • 3/4 pound small shrimp
  • 1 1/2 pounds fettuccini pasta

How To Make seafood fettuccini

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in large fry pan. Add garlic. when garlic is slightly brown, add parsly, basil and flour. Stir until well blended. Add 1/2 and 1/2 plus the heavy cream.Continue stirring until all is blended and flour is cooked well. Let simmer for a few minutes. stirring often
  • Step 2
    Add seafood. stir often until seafood is cooked thru about 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Pour over cooked pasta and top with parm. cheese. (if sauce gets to think thin with milk.) serve with a tossed green salad, and homemade garlic bread. Thanks again Joe. I know your watching xooxxo
