Ingredients
- 1 cup + 4 tablespons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley , chopped
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 2 pints half & half
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 3/4 pound imitation crab (trust me)
- 3/4 pound bay scallops
- 3/4 pound small shrimp
- 1 1/2 pounds fettuccini pasta
How To Make seafood fettuccini

Step 1Melt butter in large fry pan. Add garlic. when garlic is slightly brown, add parsly, basil and flour. Stir until well blended. Add 1/2 and 1/2 plus the heavy cream.Continue stirring until all is blended and flour is cooked well. Let simmer for a few minutes. stirring often

Step 2Add seafood. stir often until seafood is cooked thru about 10 minutes.

Step 3Pour over cooked pasta and top with parm. cheese. (if sauce gets to think thin with milk.) serve with a tossed green salad, and homemade garlic bread. Thanks again Joe. I know your watching xooxxo
