Pacific Northwest seafood and game are the best in the world...my opinion! Here is a wonderful EASY recipe from a local restaurant gone by.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce crab, your choice
  • 1 ounce shrimp
  • 1 ounce scallops
  • 2 ounces snapper-white fish
  • 4 ounces shredded parmesan
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked fettuccine noodles (8-12 min boiled and drained)
  • pinch nutmeg

How To Make seafood fettuccine - chef style

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in large saute/frying pan. Add all seafood and saute at med-high for approximately 3 minutes. Add garlic, cream, parmesan cheese and cooked noodles. Simmer to thick, stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste.
