Ingredients For seafood fettuccine - chef style

  • 1 oz
    crab, your choice
  • 1 oz
    shrimp
  • 1 oz
    scallops
  • 2 oz
    snapper-white fish
  • 4 oz
    shredded parmesan
  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 1/2 c
    cooked fettuccine noodles (8-12 min boiled and drained)
  • pinch
    nutmeg

How To Make seafood fettuccine - chef style

  • 1
    Melt butter in large saute/frying pan. Add all seafood and saute at med-high for approximately 3 minutes. Add garlic, cream, parmesan cheese and cooked noodles. Simmer to thick, stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste.
