Ingredients
- 1 ounce crab, your choice
- 1 ounce shrimp
- 1 ounce scallops
- 2 ounces snapper-white fish
- 4 ounces shredded parmesan
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 1/2 cups cooked fettuccine noodles (8-12 min boiled and drained)
- pinch nutmeg
How To Make seafood fettuccine - chef style

Step 1Melt butter in large saute/frying pan. Add all seafood and saute at med-high for approximately 3 minutes. Add garlic, cream, parmesan cheese and cooked noodles. Simmer to thick, stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste.
